Scratch Mobile Kitchen serves up elevated comfort food dishes to fulfill all your comfort food desires. It is owned/operated by a husband and wife team who have a passion for food and everything about it; cooking it, eating it, and serving it to people. The chef of Scratch used to be the Sous Chef at the Briarhurst Manor in Manitou and has over 20 years of cooking experience.

Susanna's Comfort Cuisine recently opened up a brick and mortar store but still operates their food truck as well.
